Job Description:

Position: Sales and Marketing

Representative

Location: [ Rajpura, Punjab, India ]

Salary: At Actual (Negotiable based on experience)

Responsibilities:

1. Sales Strategy Development: Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company sales targets and expand market share within the construction equipment industry.

2. Client Acquisition: Identify and prospect potential clients, build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, and negotiate contracts to secure new business opportunities.

3. Product Promotion: Conduct market research to understand customer needs and preferences, create marketing campaigns, and promote company products effectively through various channels, including digital platforms, trade shows, and industry events.

4. Sales Presentations: Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and demonstrations to showcase the features, benefits, and value propositions of our construction equipment to prospective clients.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.

• Proven track record in sales and marketing, preferably in the construction equipment industry.

• Strong understanding of sales techniques, market trends, and customer relationship management.

• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
