Job Title: Sales Associate

Job Overview: As a Sales Associate, you will play a crucial role in the efficient and effective execution of sales-related tasks. Your responsibilities will span various aspects, from order creation to documentation, ensuring a smooth flow of sales operations. Your attention to detail, coordination skills, and ability to work in a dynamic environment will contribute to the success of our sales team.

Key Responsibilities:

Sale Order Creation for Local and Export Sales:

  • Enter Purchase Orders into SAP system as per requests from the sales team.
  • Seek approval from the concerned person to create Sale Orders.

Sales Invoice Generation for Local Sales, Bill Of Supply, and Job Work:

  • Generate invoices based on Production Head’s dispatch requests.
  • Obtain signatures and approvals from relevant personnel.
  • Coordinate with QC Department for necessary documents.
  • Hand over required documents to the driver.

Tracking of Pending Orders and Upcoming Dispatches and Reporting:

  • Update Sale Order tracker regularly.
  • Communicate with reporting manager and coordinate with Production Heads for weekly dispatch updates.

Arrangement of Transport for Sales and Collection of LR Copy:

  • Identify cost-effective logistics companies for transport.
  • Coordinate with logistics for transport arrangements.
  • Collect Lorry Receipt from the logistics company after sending the consignment.

Documentation and Emailing:

  • Document Triplicate Copies of A/R Invoices and other related documents.
  • Scan triplicate copies of A/R invoices along with relevant documents.
  • Email copies of A/R invoices to customers one day after shipment.

Sales Tracker and Other Excel File Updation:

  • Daily update of dispatches and additions in the sales tracker.
  • Weekly and monthly update of pepper and HVP trackers.

Sale of One Category of Products Locally:

  • Contact customers and facilitate the sale of Pepper Waste on a daily basis.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field.
  • Proven experience in sales coordination or a similar role.
  • Proficiency in SAP and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
