BizProspex is looking out for candidates who are good at online business development aka digital sales.

The Inside-sales (BDE) person will focus on customer acquisition and manage 2 - 3 people in the sales department.

This position doesn’t involve cold calling, but loads of emails, asking previous clients for business referrals, or generating and reaching out to new web leads.

Must be energetic, well-spoken, and eager to close sales and increase revenue.

Fresher candidate/experience in bidding/working on online portals would be preferred but not necessary.

  • Proficiency in Proposal writing, keeping follow ups, requirement gathering, and responding to RFI, RFP, etc.
  • Provide prospective customers/clients with all services needed is also a small part of the job.
  • Be able to proactively assesses & understand client needs.
  • Internally work with our team to understand the needs of the client and align the Proposal to precisely achieving their business goals.
  • Extraordinarily effective communication skills, i.e. Fluency in English (written and spoken).
  • Understanding of IT outsourcing business, in general.
  • Should preferably be from a technical background, with Knowledge of popular web technologies used in web design & web application development.
  • Should be self-driven, and someone who enjoys this nature of work.
  • Ensuring speedy resolution of queries & grievances to maximize client satisfaction levels.
  • Writing proposals, RFP, RFI responses for prospects and clients & close deals.
  • Should be able to manage & coordinate information within the team to arrive at an accurate proposal.
  • Highly active, client servicing, and convincing skills.
  • Ability to analyze projects, awareness of the latest web-based languages and tools used to create applications.
  • The candidate understands basic economics, mathematics, finance, and can make lifelong connections while buying chai from a local tapri.
