Role Description (Sales Consultant on Contract)

HCDS Technologies is hiring a Sales Consultant on a contract basis for a hybrid role, located in Rohtak but with some work from home flexibility. The Sales Consultant will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies to meet business goals, building and maintaining relationships with customers, and managing sales processes, among other duties.

Communication with target stakeholders (Students, Customers/Clients and New People) to offer them tailored technical, strategic and other career development solutions offered by HCDS Technologies.

Regular conversation and communication with target stakeholders and other people of HCDS Technologies for better interpersonal communication.

Administer victual conference, incoming and outgoing phone calls whenever required with time management.

Assisting the seniors on content development, social media publication and social media updates via Linked in and other platforms.

Better utilization of assigned strategic and technical resources from partners (WeWork/AWFIS/Microsoft/Google/TCS/AWS).

Assisting the seniors in building the best team of fresh learners and students by offering various Internship Projects and Hadwin Smith Technopreneur Fellowship (HSTF) by identifying target stakeholders.

Regular analytics of events participation to prepare diversified business action plans.

Keep official record of all the analysis derived from available or new data sources.

Assisting in all day-to-day activities not limited to this detail and beyond it.

Qualifications for Partnering in Growth
  • Prior experience in sales and client management (preferably in the HRMS, digital technology, or IT domains)
  • Demonstrated ability to develop and implement sales strategies, build relationships with customers, and manage sales processes
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • Self-directed, goal-oriented, and able to meet deadlines independently
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and experience using customer relationship management (CRM) software
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field
  • Experience in the IT domain and knowledge of HRMS and digital technology products is a plus
