  • Key Responsibilities
  • Talk to potential clients, Understand their business and queries.
  • Business research and recommend suitable solutions.
  • Make initial client contact through calls or emails.
  • To provide proper information, guidance, and support to the clients, therefore, enhancing relationships with the clients
  • Formulate business proposals according to client’s business needs.
  • Follow up with clients on service once the delivery has been made.
  • Regular feedback and follow-ups.

  • Client handling skills
  • Ability to handle stress and rejection in soliciting clients
  • Strong time management, prioritization, and organizational skills
  • Candidates from Delhi/ NCR will be preferred.
  • Experience
  • Graduate (BBA) with 1 - 2 years of work experience in b2b sales, Tele calling, and Customer service.
  • Final year BBA/MBA students and freshers are also welcome for internship.
