Role Description

This is a full-time on-site Sales Executive role located in Shimla. The Sales Executive will be responsible for identifying and pursuing potential clients, developing and maintaining relationships with existing clients, and providing exceptional customer service. The Sales Executive will also collaborate with cross-functional teams to create customized solutions for clients, and participate in outreach events to increase brand awareness and drive sales.

Qualifications
  • Strong proficiency in communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • Experience in sales, business development, or a related field
  • Excellent knowledge of travel and tourism industry trends and best practices
  • Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines
  • Bachelor’s degree or higher in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
  • Familiarity with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software and other relevant tools
  • Exceptional problem solving and critical thinking skills
  • Experience with international clients or a second language proficiency is a plus
