The role shall be accountable for:

  • Complete ownership to meet & exceed monthly, quarterly and annual order booking targets
  • Track and build opportunity pipeline from new projects, key accounts and end users
  • Drive & monitor Channel partners performance
  • Conduct trainings, seminars, product presentations
  • Build strong relationships with key accounts
  • Identify & target consultants and end users to specify product features
  • Build one-year and three-year growth strategy in the assigned territory

Must Haves

  • Minimum 10 yrs experience in Chemical & Industrial market segment
  • Candidates from only centrifugal pumps background should apply
  • Engineering graduate is a must. Management qualification preferred

  • Strong sales acumen

  • Excellent communication skills
  • Ability to articulate value story to customer to sell premium imported products
  • Demand & command premium price leadership
