  • Intensely following up with the prospects and closing the sales within the sales cycle
  • Developing specific plans to ensure growth both long as well as short-term.
  • Educating sales team with presentations of strategies, seminars and regular meetings
  • Initiating new ideas with for Brand promotion through seminars, conferences.
  • Keeping track of factors like conversion factor, Average revenue generated per lead, average revenue per sale, etc.
  • Plan, Execute & Promote the business and achieve the sales targets as per the business plan.
