Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role located in Bharuch for a Sales Manager, with flexibility for some remote work. The Sales Manager will be responsible for leading a team of sales representatives, setting targets, and tracking progress against those targets. The Sales Manager will also be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies to increase revenue and market share, and will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment across all business functions.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred
- Minimum of 5 years experience in sales management, with a track record of consistently meeting or exceeding targets
- Proven ability to lead and develop a high-performing sales team
- Strong analytical skills and ability to use data to drive decision-making
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with customers and internal stakeholders
- Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills
- Experience with CRM software and sales pipeline management
- Knowledge of the {industry} market preferred
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
