We’re seeking a competitive and trustworthy Sales Manager to drive business growth by identifying new opportunities, nurturing customer relationships, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities:

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities and potential customers
  • Present company products or services to potential customers
  • Cultivate relationships with existing customers and maintain regular communication
  • Negotiate prices and terms with customers
  • Prepare sales contracts and monitor sales activities
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure customer satisfaction
  • Conduct market research to assess customer needs and identify sales opportunities
  • Seek out new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking, and social media
  • Prepare and deliver compelling presentations on products and services
  • Generate regular sales and financial reports
  • Represent the company at exhibitions or conferences
  • Negotiate and close deals, handling complaints or objections as needed
  • Collaborate with team members to achieve better results
  • Gather feedback from customers and prospects and communicate it to internal teams

Requirements and Skills:

  • Proficiency in English
  • Excellent knowledge of MS Office
  • Fast learner with a passion for sales
  • Self-motivated with a results-driven approach
  • Ability to deliver engaging presentations
  • MBA in Sales or Bachelor’s degree in Business Studies

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹100,000.00 - ₹1,800,000.00 per year
