Sales Operations Consultant (GBS)

Our Sales Operations team is at the heart of developing sales processes and procedures for administering, fulfilling and communicating both online and offline orders. A bridge between sales and other operational functions, we use our peerless expertise to evaluate and implement improvements to sales programs and processes – from planning and prioritization to pricing and margin strategies, sales automation, reporting and more. Put simply, we make sure the process of getting our ground-breaking products and services to customers as simple and seamless as possible.

What you’ll achieve
As a Sales Operations Consultant, you will be responsible for large-sized or complex projects and significant components of multiple projects focused on end-to-end cost of dissatisfaction reduction. Work across multiple functions and/or processes to implement sustainable improvements.
You will:

• Leverage network to secure bandwidth to support building initiative workstreams.

• Support building robust businesses cases to secure funding for people, systems, or tools.

• Evaluates and implements best practices techniques that ensure goal achievement

• Influences and manages continuous improvement of project/program process, practices, and initiatives

• Maintains in-depth awareness of industry trends, business conditions and internal processes and practices to meet program delivery requirements

Essential Requirements

• 12+ years of related experience in a professional role or equivalent combination of education and work experience.

• Ability to drive cross-functional virtual project teams, communicate clearly and present at Executive and Board leadership levels

• Advanced communication, problem-solving and presentation skills

• Possesses Advanced product/technology/industry knowledge

• Ability to influence others to achieve results. Results-driven with a bias toward analytical and critical thinking, with the ability to draw conclusions
  

Desirable Requirements

• Proven track record of delivering complex programs with industry recognized project/program management qualification

• A background in supply chain or planning is desirable.
