ADP is hiring Manager – Sales Operations (India & South East Asia), Chennai

Your role: It’s all about setting our sales teams up for success. How exactly? On the Sales Operations team, we create, build, and launch the tools and strategies that help our sales teams reach their goals. Whether it’s implementing incentives, coordinating assignments, or measuring productivity, the Sales Ops teams makes it possible for us to reach our sales targets.

What you’ll do:

  • Work closely with sales leadership team to drive strategy through discussions with Sales team.
  • Coordinate sales forecasting, planning used within the sales organization.
  • Proactively monitor and strive to maintain high levels of quality, accuracy, and process consistency in the sales organization planning efforts.
  • Own and inspect Sales Policy and serve as the subject matter expert on all Sales Policy escalations; prepare recommendations in Policy disputes
  • Manage fiscal year planning and go-to-market activities in collaboration with Sales, own territory planning, quota management, and sales compensation planning and execution
  • Proactively identify opportunities for sales process improvement by assessing the sales process quality and work closely with the sales management.
  • Assist sales management in understanding process bottlenecks and inconsistencies. Facilitate an organization of continuous process improvement.
  • Monitor the accuracy and efficient distribution of sales reports and other intelligence essential to the sales organization.
  • Recommend revisions to existing reports or assist in the development of new reporting tools as needed.
  • Coordinate training delivery to sales, sales management, and sales support associates in the sales organization supported.
  • Build peer support and strong internal company relationships with other key management associates.
  • Work with leadership team to create and maintain a world class Sales culture, focused on delivering results by providing ongoing coaching and development of sales associates

Qualifications you’ll need:

Education: Bachelor’s degree or more

Experience:

  • At least 5+ years in sales or sales management role.
  • Strong analytical and research skills
  • Effective verbal and written communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills.
  • Experience using CRM tools like Salesforce.com and proficiency in Microsoft Office is expected.
