We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Representative to join our team at Ayur Natural Herbals. As a Sales Representative specializing in Herbal Extracts, your primary responsibility will be to establish contact with potential clients and ensure timely payments for our products. This position offers a lucrative incentive structure, where you will receive 6% of the sales value upon successful receipt of payment by the company.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct proactive outreach to prospective clients in the herbal extract industry, including pharmaceutical companies, dietary supplement manufacturers, personal care product companies, and functional food manufacturers.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients, understanding their specific needs and requirements.
• Present our range of herbal extracts and explain their features, benefits, and applications.
• Collaborate with the sales and marketing team to develop strategies and tactics to maximize sales opportunities.
• Generate sales leads and follow up on inquiries to convert them into sales opportunities.
• Negotiate pricing, terms, and conditions of sale to secure contracts with clients.
• Provide accurate and timely sales forecasts, reports, and updates to the management team.
• Ensure prompt and timely follow-up on outstanding payments, actively managing accounts receivable.
• Collaborate with the finance department to resolve any payment issues and facilitate smooth transactions.
• Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitors’ activities to identify opportunities for growth.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in sales, preferably in the herbal extract industry or related field.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish long-term relationships with clients.
• Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities to close sales deals and secure timely payments.
• Self-motivated and target-oriented, with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Detail-oriented and highly organized, with the ability to manage multiple client accounts and prioritize tasks effectively.
• Familiarity with herbal extracts, phytochemicals, and the nutraceutical industry is a plus.
• A strong work ethic, with a proactive and resilient attitude to overcome challenges.
• Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment.

Incentive:

• As a Sales Representative, you will receive a lucrative incentive of 6% of the sales value for each successful payment received by the company. This incentive structure provides an excellent opportunity to earn substantial rewards based on your sales performance.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: ₹10,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
