Job Summary:

We are seeking a talented and experienced Business Analyst with expertise in Salesforce to join our team in Ajmer and the National Capital Region (NCR). As a Business Analyst, you will play a critical role in driving the success of our Salesforce projects by collaborating with cross-functional teams, understanding business needs, and translating them into effective solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Requirement Gathering: Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather and document detailed business requirements related to Salesforce projects.

• Analysis: Analyze and evaluate existing business processes and systems to identify areas of improvement and optimization.

• Salesforce Configuration: Utilize your Salesforce expertise to configure, customize, and maintain Salesforce solutions that align with business goals.

• Documentation: Create comprehensive documentation, including user stories, use cases, and process flows, to facilitate clear communication between business and development teams.

• Testing: Develop and execute test plans to ensure the quality and functionality of Salesforce solutions.

• User Training: Provide training and support to end-users to ensure a smooth transition to new Salesforce processes and features.

• Data Analysis: Analyze and interpret data to provide insights and recommendations for data driven decision-making.

• Collaboration: Work closely with developers, administrators, and other stakeholders to ensure the successful implementation of Salesforce solutions.

• Continuous Improvement: Stay updated on Salesforce best practices and industry trends, and recommend process improvements and enhancements accordingly.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field.

• 2-5 years of proven experience as a Business Analyst with a focus on Salesforce.

• Salesforce certification(s) is a plus.

• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

• Proficiency in Salesforce configuration, customization, and reporting.

• Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies is preferred.

• Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
