  • The resource should have 8-10yrs of experience with solid enterprise monitoring experience with Automation.
  • Extensive experience on the monitoring tools SCOM , Telegraf, Solarwinds.
  • Should have good experience of monitoring application and infrastructure.
    • Windows
    • Unix
    • Database
    • Network
    • Backup/storage
    • Azure monitoring
    • Vmware monitoring
  • Maintaining and administering of the tools for the above technology area.
  • Experience on High availability of setup of monitoring tools.
  • Experience on the alert automations.
  • Experience in the automations tools like Ansible/SCORCH/RPA tools.
  • Experience in Alert reductions and reduction of noise alert/false positive
  • Vast experience on automations and web programming using Perl, Python, PowerShell
  • Alert fine tunings and Tools Module additions.
  • Hands on Experience on ServiceNow ITOM module.
  • Extensive experience on the Elastic search, logstash and kibana
  • Knowledge on Dynatrace and appdynamics will be added advantage
