Key Responsibilities:

Curriculum Development: Design and develop a well-structured science curriculum that aligns with national or state standards and caters to the needs and abilities of the students.

Lesson Planning: Create detailed lesson plans that incorporate a variety of teaching methodologies, hands-on experiments, demonstrations, and multimedia resources to enhance student learning.

Classroom Management: Maintain a positive and respectful learning environment, enforcing discipline when necessary, and promoting a culture of mutual respect and cooperation among students.

Instruction and Teaching: Deliver engaging and interactive science lessons, presenting complex concepts in an understandable manner and encouraging critical thinking and problem-solving skills.

Assessment and Evaluation: Regularly assess student progress through quizzes, tests, projects, and other evaluations, providing constructive feedback to students and parents/guardians about their academic performance.

Individualized Support: Identify students who may require additional assistance or advanced challenges, and provide personalized support to cater to their specific learning needs.

Laboratory Activities: Organize and supervise laboratory sessions, ensuring safety measures are followed, and encouraging students to explore scientific concepts through hands-on experiments.

Technology Integration: Utilize educational technology, such as interactive software, simulations, and multimedia tools, to enhance the learning experience and make lessons more engaging.
