Job description

Scope of Position:

The Screening Associate is responsible for conducting employment screening services, handle and resolve all clients inquiries through inbound calls and emails by offering best in class client experience in order to support the business. You will report to the Deputy Team Manager/Senior Screening Specialist.

Essential Job Duties:

  • Careful review of all information and documents provided by clients and candidates before initiating a new task
  • Verify educational, employment and professional qualification credentials of prospective employees for clients through phone calls or emails within the service level agreements including document the research process
  • Conduct research tasks with rapidly shifting priorities as assigned by supervisor
  • Collect, analyze and evaluate research information using a variety of research methodology and tools
  • Conduct task and / or quality assurance checks to ensure reports delivered are high quality
  • Handle escalations and offer resolution to problems
  • Collaborate with support team and offshore teams to work on process improvement
  • Show initiatives by actively asking feedback from management, seeking additional responsibilities and / or taking ownership of business projects

Education & Qualification Requirements:

  • Graduation or Postgraduate (PG) in any specialization is must.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office

  • Good communication written and verbal both

  • Analytical skill on evaluating findings

Expectations:

  • Normal hours of work: will be either 9 am to 6 pm
  • Establish solid working relationships with business partners, including employees, leaders and corporate operations teams.
  • Work across divisions to accomplish local and corporate objectives.
  • Maintain a high level of self-motivation and enthusiasm in the research aspects with great exposure to different industries.
