What will you do?
  • Minimum 5+ years of overall experience in IT industry
  • Hands-on Experience in development on Java/J2EE, Spring boot and troubleshooting and execution.
  • Good in API Exposure fundamentals and Defining new APIs on REST Standards.
  • Good Exposure in database like Oracle/Postgres, PL/SQL or PLSQL.
  • Hands-on Experience of Kubernetes and Docker based application development & deployment.
  • Knowledge of Automation, DEVOPS and Security.
  • Good mentoring and coaching skills
  • Consultative behavior, business minded and strong team spirit.
  • Good interpersonal and leadership skills Excellent teammate with outstanding skills in collaboration among key partners.
  • Proficient in English language (speak and write)
  • Excellent social and communication skills
What do I need to be successful in this role?
  • Deep technical capability and experience in leading/managing project delivery with large scale systems/SaaS.
  • Must be technically savvy and completely at ease with leading successful engineering focused discussions with different teams.
  • Development experience in Java/Dot-net based projects during the beginning of career.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to write detailed technical documents
  • Ability to quickly understand context and apply big picture thinking to achieve tangible results
  • The ability to communicate optimally with higher management levels.
  • Extensive experience in Agile Lifecycle Management and preferably with JIRA
  • Well versed in a variety of software development, program and project management methodologies and techniques.
  • Experience in guiding team for their growth through people management activities.
Ability to find and drive continuous improvement work
  • Problem solving and root cause identification skills
  • Outstanding intrapersonal skills and ability to empower and mentor team members
Experience Needed
  • Bachelor s degree in Computer Science or a strongly associated subject area
In-depth and practical knowledge of agile development methodologies

Minimum years of relevant experience: 5 to 8 years of demonstrable experience.

Good to have:

Desirable knowledge of cloud environments: Docker, Kubernetes
