Job Description & Summary

A career in our Cyber Crime and Breach Response practice, within Cybersecurity and Privacy services, will provide you with the opportunity to help our clients protect their business in today’s evolving landscape by applying advanced and strategic approaches to information management. We focus on assisting organisations manage vast amounts of electronic data and navigate the legal and business processes demanded by critical events which includes litigation, regulatory requests and internal investigations.

Our team helps organisations recognise and respond to cyber security breaches. You’ll help the team with forensic analysis of digital evidence, network security, cyber risk assessments and threat reporting.

Role: Security Architect

Responsibilities As a security architect(SA), you will be responsible to review and design the architecture from security point of view. The SA will engage with project stakeholders in initial requirement discussions for various projects (including analysis of threats/ Risks) and provide guidance/security gaps and recommendations from cyber security point of view.

Certification(s) Preferred:CISSP, CISM, CISA, MCSA or MCSE, CCNA, CCSP, OSCP, Palo Alto

Preferred Knowledge/Skills

Demonstrates thorough abilities and/or a proven record of success in the following areas:

  • Computer networking concepts and protocols, and network security methodologies;
  • Engage in initial requirement discussions for various projects (including analysis of threats/ Risks)
  • Conduct and facilitate design review of HLD/LLD, overall architecture and development lifecycle • Coordinate with application security, penetration testing, infra security, cloud SMEs
  • Has a passion towards various security scenario and research around them • Conduct risk assessments for various projects/initiatives across the lifecycle
  • Laws, regulations, policies, and ethics as they relate to cybersecurity and privacy;
  • Common regulatory requirements such as GDPR, PDPA etc. as well as industry frameworks such as ISO 27001/2, NIST CSF, COBIT, ISO, and PCI; •
  • Cloud-based knowledge management technologies and concepts related to security, governance, procurement, and administration;
  • Enterprise Cloud solutions across IaaS, PaaS & SaaS, such as AWS, Azure, OpenStack, Cloud Foundry, Salesforce, Microsoft Office 365, Box etc.;
  • Enterprise security and Cloud security specific solutions such as IAM/IdaaS, CASB, Identity Governance, Cloud SOC/SIEM, Key Management & Encryption, Public, Private and Hybrid cloud solutions;
  • Systems security testing and evaluation methods; • Network security architecture concepts including topology, protocols, components, and principles (e.g., application of defense-in-depth);
  • Network security implementations (e.g., host-based IDS, IPS, access control lists), including their function and placement in a network;
  • Intrusion Detection System (IDS)/Intrusion Prevention System (IPS) tools and applications;
  • Current industry methods for evaluating, implementing, and disseminating information technology (IT) security assessment, monitoring, detection, and remediation tools and procedures utilizing standards-based concepts and capabilities; and,
  • Application Security Risks (e.g. Open Web Application Security Project Top 10 list).
