Project Management Senior Advisor

Our team manages projects or leads others managing projects — ensuring cross-functional teams work collaboratively and effectively.

What you’ll achieve
As a Project Management Senior Advisor, you will oversee initial plans, set budgets, track project activities and communicate achievements to key partners, working with mid to large sized projects and recommending techniques and practices that ensure business goals.

Key Responsibilities

• Leads mid- to large-sized projects, partnering with Sales and other field-facing SMEs to plan, prototype, and implement new tools, deliverables and services
• Impacts entire function or process by continually improving on tools, deliverables, and service capabilities
• Defines and monitors project team resources, including steering committees, project management teams, SMEs, customer stakeholders, budgets, and timelines
• Prepares analysis, communications and presentation materials required to communicate regular project updates, escalate challenges and risks, and build stakeholder consensus
• Identifies and allocates resources as necessary to ensure project/program deliverables are met
• Self-directs work with no required supervision, able to achieve project and organizational objectives

Essential Requirements

• 8+ years of relevant experience
• Bachelor’s degree in a business or technical field
• Ability to manage risk and project decisions
• Proficient in negotiating and conflict management
• Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office products
• Data analytics experience with tools like MS Excel, MS Access, Tableau, PowerBI
• Project or program management experience
  

Desirable Requirements

• Master’s degree in a business or technical field
• Professional certifications in a business or technical field, such as CPA, CA, CFA, CISA, CFE, or similar
• Consulting experience with a Big 4 accounting firm, MBB strategy firm, or similar
• Experience with software licensing, license compliance, software asset management (SAM), IT asset management (ITAM), or similar
• Legal training or experience related to software licensing
