What you’ll achieve

The goal of the APJ GBO team, is to build a predictable, world class sales experience that ensures we have the engine that ensures we have the Sales Capacity, Capability & BI needed to execute a winning Dell Operating Plan today and tomorrow through rigorous focus on planning, measuring, analyzing and aligning.

You will:

• Drive key programs & initiatives to deploy next gen tech across the APJ Sales & GBO orgs.
• Lead the transformation initiative including building and sustaining a strong RTB community & enabling SFT, MyBMS, Salesworks reach its full potential
• Support the RTB process, including outlook, operational KPIs and program KPIs consolidation and visibility
• Partner with Geo, BU GBO leads to incorporate their KPIs that will deliver the AOP, into the BMS
• Partner with program leads to set up a program monitoring and review cadence that delivers desired results
• Additionally, support the business on RTB and programs analytics
• Develop and use sales measurement models and diagnostic tools to help identify sales performance indicators, key areas of opportunity and delivers actionable insights

Essential Requirements

• Able to multi-task to manage both tactical and strategic work streams relating to area of responsibility over a function and/or region
• Proven stakeholder management skills
• Looking for a candidate that is strong on data, analysis and statistics, with the ability to root cause issues, identify patterns and develop hypothesis to address opportunities in the business.
• Undergraduate degree required; 10+ years relevant experience (sales, analytics, operations or finance)
• Scientific or math background, ability to apply statistics to interpret business results
• Self-starter and team player with ability to build relationships with stakeholders
• Strong strategic and analytical competency, attention to detail
• Excellent communication skills
• Strong excel and powerpoint skills
• Proven track record of delivering impactful results
• Positive can do attitude.

Desirable Requirements

• Forecasts, models, and utilizes advanced analytical tools
• Prior experience in P&L Operations / Management
