Azure Information Protection/CASB Senior Analyst

Work you’ll do

We are seeking a Data Protection Senior Analyst with a specialization in Data Classification and Rights Management (DCRM) and Cloud Access Security Broker (CASB) technologies to join the Cyber Security Data Protection team. The candidate will be required to hit the ground running in providing Tier 2 technical engineering and troubleshooting support to Deloitte Employees for Information Protection Service consisting of Data Classification and Rights Management solution. The role requires Data Classification standards knowledge, and collaboration skills to work with Deloitte Practitioners, Business Information Security Officers, IT Infrastructure Teams, Office of Confidentiality and Privacy etc. in a cross functional environment. The candidate may be asked to serve in a similar capacity on other data security efforts, such as data loss prevention, Certificate Management and Web Protection, though initial focus will be Azure Information Protection (AIP) and Confidential Information Protection. As an AIP/CASB Senior Analyst in the Cyber Data Protection Team, you will be responsible for implementing, administering, and maintaining Azure Information Protection and CASB Service.

Responsibilities:
As part of the US Data Protection team, this professional will have the following core responsibilities:

Oversee packaging, deployment, and maintenance of the Azure information protection and CASB agent on Laptops and Desktops
Provide technical engineering and troubleshooting support to Deloitte Practitioners for Information protection Service consisting of Data classification and Rights management.
Serve as the Tier 2 technical interface to Deloitte Practitioners for DCRM service and troubleshoot/solve complex technical end user issues related to AIP, Web Proxy and CASB.
Deployment planning, pilot testing and technical support to end users for AIP and Web Protection service.
Manage and oversee day to day activities of AIP platform and ensure adherence to enterprise standards in project execution methodology, requirements gathering, quality assurance and continuous improvement.
Provide input, business justification, and seek leadership approval to exception requests.
Facilitate stakeholder communications and change management activities.
Develop frequently asked questions, service and process documentation, knowledgebase articles in order to readily provide Deloitte Practitioners with guidance about the service.
Recommend changes in processes and/or policies that relate to the AIP platform to optimize and improve the value of the Rights Management initiative.
Support Incident Response team’s incident investigation and remediation efforts.
Proactively identify cloud and web security risk information and take appropriate corrective action (e.g. introduce new cloud proxy or data exfiltration policies)

Cyber Security Data Protection Team

The Deloitte Cybersecurity Data Protection Team is responsible for securing and protecting confidential data of Deloitte US Member Firm. The primary mission of the team is to implement and enhance the Cybersecurity controls to protect data for its US Employees and the Clients they serve.

Qualifications:
B.E./B.Tech or Master’s degree in Computer Science or related field from a recognized/accredited university
Preferred 4+ years of work experience in MS Azure Information Protection, AD-RMS and Azure products and technologies, including solution architecture, deployment, and support in a large global enterprise.
Strong written, oral communication and interpersonal skills are a must
Should have a good understanding with hands-on experience in Azure Information Protection/Rights Management Service (RMS) and data classification standards.
Able to facilitate basic IT support practices and be a steward of AIP, Cloud Web Proxy and CASB technical support processes and documentation.
Should have a good understanding with hands-on experience in Web Proxy and SSL inspection technology (i.e. Zscaler, McAfee Web Gateway, ForcePoint Cloud Security, Symantec WSS etc.)
Should have a good understanding with hands-on experience in CASB technology (i.e. McAfee Sky High, Symantec CloudSOC, Netskope etc.).
Familiarity with common incident management/ticketing systems (i.e., ServiceNow, RemedyForce etc.).
Knowledge of data protection practices and their practical implementations
Ability to provide Tier 2 support and resolve complex tickets in a production environment
Understanding of networking and core networking protocols (e.g. TCP/IP, UDP, DNS, SMTP, HTTP, and distributed networks)
Knowledge in different types of VPN, Encryption Standards, Certificates
Strong understanding of security controls in public cloud environments (i.e. Amazon Web Services (AWS), Microsoft Azure, Google Cloud Platform) and SaaS services hardening.
Certifications a plus (not required): Security+, DLP, MS Azure Certification etc.
