Responsibilities:

Engage with inbound leads and nurture them towards conversion.

Initiate outbound outreach to potential clients via email or phone to secure deals.

Prepare and deliver quotes and proposals to clients.

Communicate promptly and professionally with potential and existing customers.

Address customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints efficiently.

Maintain a CRM database to monitor interactions and sales opportunities.

Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.

Participate actively in sales team meetings to review progress and overcome challenges.

Requirements and Qualifications:

5 to 9 years of experience as a Business Development Manager/Process Manager/Team Lead in a similar digital marketing and web/app development company.

Excellent communication skills for effective client, senior management, and business associate interactions via email and phone.

Knowledge of Digital Marketing, Web, and Mobile Apps to craft competitive quotes.

Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team setting.

Proficiency in English communication.

Salary Range:

45000 to 125000/-
