What you’ll achieve
As a Professional Services Senior Consultant, you will provide technical and consultative guidance for solutions opportunities on a range of complex engagements and deliver technical architectural design, strategies and solutions for engagements.

You will:

• Support pre-sales in architectural discussions.
• Create POC environment to show case the design or migration approach to meet Customer’s business requirement.
• Present design to internal and external stake holders.
• Design and implement Software Design Data center using Virtualization & Cloud solutions.
• Working knowledge in design and implementation of Converged and Hyperconverged Infrastructure systems.
• Workload migration between on-premise/public/private cloud using migration tools and process.
• Building Private, Public or Hybrid cloud implementations.
• Designing and implementing Micro-segmentation (firewall), routing and switching using Software defined networking.
• Designing and implementation of storage solution using Software Defined Storage technologies (vSAN, DellEMC VXFlexOS).

Essential Requirements

• Experience with Virtualization technologies (ex. Vmware vSphere, Microsoft Hyper-V/SCVMM).
• Experience with Converged (ex. VxBlock, UCS) and Hyperconverged infrastructures (Ex. VxRail, Nutanix).
• Experience with Private cloud implementations using VMware (vCloud Director or vRealize Automation), Microsoft (Azure Stack with Hyper-V & SCVMM), or Open Stack software.
• Experience in Datacenter migration using various methods (ex. P2V, V2V) and tools (ex. VMware HCX, Zerto, Platespin, ASR).
• Experience in working in various phases of Datacenter migration (Discovery & Assessment, Planning, Migration) projects.
• Working experience with Windows and Linux operating systems and services (ex. Domain, File Server, Cluster, etc).
  

Desirable Requirements

• Experience in VMware on AWS/Azure/GCP.
• Experience in Kubernetes and VMware Tanzu.
• Experience in automation using Ansible / Terraform.
• Experience with Devops tools and practices.
• Certifications – CCNA, VMware VCAP, Cloud certification, Togaf
