Looking for an experience candidate in Legal Department for one of the manufacturing organization.Min Experience : 4 + years ( Litigation , Agreements)Location : GurgaonRoles And Responsibilities1-Review contract for Parts suppilier GPA for manufacturing IGC ,service activity e.g agreement with OE Customer ,agreement with software development , agreements with service provider .2- Review contract of general business purpose.3- Legal research on new laws e.g data privacy and summarize the impact to our group companies and software related business .4- Litigation handling : Pre litigation evaluation for litigation with business partner for sale or supply of goods or services .5- Legal research and Consultant for new law related to new technology e.g AI, Software development etc.Educational Qualification : LLB must
