Job Title:
Senior Hindsighting Manager - Staff Accountability

Function/ Department:
Retail Risk

Job Purpose:
A Hindsight Manager in retail risk analyzes past incidents to identify areas of vulnerability. They develop strategies to mitigate future risks and improve overall risk management processes within the retail sector.

Roles & Responsibilities:
Implement the Board approved Staff accountability Policy for Compromise, Settlement and Write Off for Retail accounts.

Conduct detailed review of Settlement accounts and ensure cases are approved basis Board Approved Policy & SOP.

Evaluate and assessing compliance to regulators such as RBI and adherence to the internal policies laid down by the bank.

Identify the gaps in the process & highlights to the senior management.

Preparation of Staff accountability report and presentation to the Committee on a Quarterly basis highlighting the findings of the Staff accountability exercise carried out.

Collaborate with Collections, Debt management-Strategy & Compliance & Operations team for any change in the process/policy.

Recommend improvements to processes and policies across the Retail Banking business to drive operational efficiencies and high quality customer service.

Leverage in-house synergies through collaboration with internal stakeholders.

Attract and retain best-in-class talent for key roles in their reporting structure.

Education Qualification:
Graduation: Any Graduate

Post-graduation: MBA.

Experience:
5 - 10 Years of relevant experience.
