Third Party Lifecycle management IT domain is responsible to develop and maintain IT systems at heart of “Know Your Customer (KYC)” ensuring due diligence, tax and regulatory compliance during the entire CIB client life cycle. Platform is responsible for client onboarding, documentation, data distribution, capturing audit trails.

Position Purpose



Provide Functional Leadership in Client Lifecycle Management remit. Run project, which includes providing direction, project planning and tracking, reporting. Unblock functional challenges team will face. Bring oversight and ownership across BA, ADM, Test. Mentor other BA team members. Understand priorities of different stakeholders and provide strategic inputs. Question the status-quo, provide coherent alternatives and work towards solutions. Work in globally distributed setup as a first among equals.



Responsibilities



Direct Responsibilities


  • Work with globally distributed teams, multiple stakeholders and highly focused projects
  • Lead project with end-to-end ownership and accountability, which includes providing direction, project planning and tracking, reporting.
  • Play the role of Transformational lead and bring the change mindset to the team
  • Manages a diverse and complex suite of projects simultaneously.
  • Provide insight to the different challenges, path to success through quality KPI’s and reporting
  • Able to provide feasible and logical solutions to the complex problems and overcome the functional challenges that the team may face.
  • Provide necessary oversight and have a full view of progress of program, functional roadmap, challenges and key topics under consideration.
  • Provide long term functional direction to the L3 analysis and reduce inflow of new problems
  • Identify and resolve systematic and structural issues.
  • Keep the stakeholders informed on all the actions, priorities and be the face for the team.
  • Bring oversight and ownership across BA, ADM, Test during the delivery cycle. Mentor other BA team members.
  • Provide strategic inputs in different forums and discussions.
  • Leading the team size of min 5 members and managing business sponsors globally


Technical & Behavioral Competencies



  • 10 + Years experienced Business Analyst
  • Minimum 5 years’ experience in Banking domain, Capital markets, Fixed Income etc.
  • Experience into client onboarding applications or should be able to learn and adapt in 6-8 months.
  • Good understanding of IT systems (databases, web development, SQL queries etc.)
  • Hands–on experience on Testing, Requirement validation, Users training & support
  • Good Analytical skills – Quick to simplify complex topics.
  • Able to use and plan on MPP, Visio, JIRA
  • Experience and knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodology
  • Able to challenge people to strive for better, give constructive inputs and guide to success
  • Able to provide strategic messaging upwards to stakeholders and management.
