Elevate is looking to hire a Senior Manager to help Lead CLM Implementations for Enterprise customers.

Responsibilities & Qualifications

Specifically, you will

• Strategically lead and monitor progress on different initiatives across multiple teams and functions of Technology.
• Propose and design solutions.
• Coordinate with project managers and leads of teams to ensure project delivery timelines are met within scope and quality.
• Assess the performance of projects and aim to maximize ROI.
• Apply change, risk, and resource management.
• Raise concerns and develop business solutions proactively to avoid or mitigate escalations.
• Manage customer interactions and expectations for multiple or large-scale development efforts.
• Work closely with the sales team and cross-functional teams for leads and scoping on new and existing projects.
• Respond to RFPs and review contract agreements, SOPs, and SOWs with new or existing customers.
• Manage and monitor allocated budgets with project managers and leads.
• Mentor budding leaders.
• Inculcate and promote the company’s principles, culture, and various initiatives within your domain.
  
  

Experience

• 15 years of total work experience with minimum 2 years; experience in a similar role.
• Experience in leading high performance, motivated teams to deliver customer and organization success.

• Thorough understanding of project/program management techniques and methods.
• Organizational and time management skills. Ability to prioritize and coordinate multiple projects and competing for work demands.
• Ability to see the big picture;.
• Positive interpersonal skills, including the ability to establish and maintain cooperative, courteous working relationships with others.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Should be results-oriented, self-motivated, and accountable.
• Experienced in leading large onsite & offshore teams.
• Comfortable working in an egalitarian environment and ready to get involved transactionally when priority demands.
  
  

Technical Skills

• Expertise in solution and design architecture.
• Prior experience working in cloud-based technology.
• Expertise in migration of projects from one platform to another.
• Worked as a developer or handled projects in at least one of the technologies Core Java, Salesforce, or MS Azure
  
  

Qualifications

• Any technical graduation and post-graduation in Computers.
• PMP or equivalent certification will be an added advantage.
