Responsibilities Head KRA (Key Result Areas)

Safety Of Manpower - To execute safe working standards in CVD to reduce accidents.

Of Assests - To ensure implementation of safe equipment usage

DCS Operations in CVD and field operations in Lehr Calculation of TTIP Flow as per Job change & Net Change

To monitor Carrier N2 , Atomizing N2- Pressure & Flow in DCS

To monitor the temp on DCS as per set point

B- Value out of Specification - Reason and it’s remedial actions

Type of Coating defects - Cause and remedial actions

To monitor coater outlet & inlet water temp in field by adjusting water flow in skid

To maintain the suction flow & D- Pressure as per SOP

Thickness wise Parameters control in DCS and Field during Job change and net change

To check the suction flow in different thickness on DCS as per SOP

Monitoring of coater level in field

Permanent Annealing Zone - Function and Control

Temporary Annealing Zone - Function and Control

Heating- Cooling procedure in Permanenet Zone

Heating- Cooling procedure in Temporary Zone

Sugar Problem - Reason and it’s remedial actions

Reassembling of coater

Checking of labelling of coater

Quality Management (Standardization of Systems) Concept of Kaizen

Internal communication and management reporting Communicate timely with respective Shift Incharge /Sec-Head for any major deviation/abnormality in the product / process

Self-development To develop self -skill as per roles effectively and improve performance continuously.

Requirements

Knowledge Fair knowledge of Float Glass Manufacturing process. Experience

’(Number of years) 1 ~2 years

Skills Managerial, Communication skill, 360’Leadership and Computer skill Qualification

Diploma in Ceramic/ Chemical Engineering
