We source sustainably harvested products, including spices, cocoa, coconut products, and herbs from over 5000 small farmers in the Western Ghats, while promoting ethical production practices and caring for the environment. We empower farmers and respect gender equality, promoting women-exclusive clusters for coffee production and spices. We have a model organic farm and sustainability training center to educate and assist rural farming communities to produce organic agricultural products using the latest technologies.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Software Development: Design, develop, test, deploy, maintain, and improve software solutions using Python in ERPNEXT.

3. Team Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams including , product managers, and other software consultant to deliver high-quality services .

4. Code Review: Conduct and participate in code reviews to maintain code quality and ensure adherence to best practices and coding standards.

5. Problem Solving: Analyze complex technical problems and propose innovative solutions.

6. Documentation: Document software designs, technical specifications, and implementation details.

7. Mentorship: Provide guidance and mentorship to junior developers, helping them grow their skills and expertise.

8. Continuous Learning: Stay updated with the latest trends, technologies, and best practices in software development.

Skills and Qualifications:

1.Skilled in Frappe/ERP NEXT, Python (Programming Language), HTML, Teamwork, Leadership, and Project Management.

2. UI/UX Design: Basic understanding of UI/UX principles to collaborate effectively with designers.

Optional/Desirable Skills:

1.. Knowledge of Other Programming Languages: Familiarity with languages like JavaScript, Java, Flutter

2. Cloud Technologies: Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Google Cloud Platform, or Azure.

3.. Security: Awareness of common security principles and best practices in software development.
