Works independently under limited supervision and applies knowledge of subject matter in Applications Development. Possess sufficient knowledge and skills to effectively deal with issues, challenges within field of specialization to develop simple applications solutions. Second level professional with direct impact on results and outcome.

Your future duties and responsibilities:

Lead the overall ServiceNow implementation for service management, portfolio management, business management and operations management functions
Act as the subject matter expert for all ServiceNow related implementations
Proactively recommend ServiceNow processes, integration needs, process workflows and lead the design and implementations
Provide leadership for other ServiceNow developers and administrators
Oversee ServiceNow configurations, customizations and external application and data integrations
Chart and enforce quality processes for user management, data-security, compliance policies, data reporting
Participate in overall delivery process discussions and lead needed ServiceNow customizations, configurations and dashboards to support the delivery process.
Oversee developing training plan and content for ServiceNow customizations, workflows and usage.
Extensive knowledge and experience with business management processes, IT operations management
Experience working in ITSM, ITOM, ITBM, and SAM modules
Experience with integration ServiceNow applications with third party tools or applications, including cloud applications (AWS)
Experience in setting-up data-feeds, dashboards
Experience working in an Agile environment

Required qualifications to be successful in this role:

Primary Skills: ServiceNow,jQuery, JavaScript,AJAX, HTML.
Secondary Skills: Angular JS, Agile.
Experience: 4-7 Yrs
Work Location: Bangalore/Hyderabad
