Primary Responsibilities:

  • 12+ years of experience working as Full Stack Lead
  • Experience to handle and transform 5 to 10 members team
  • Deep knowledge / Hands on as Full Stack Developer in high performing scalable environment with specialization on the following:Development Methodology / Engineering Practices - Agile (SCRUM / KANBAN / SAFe / Rally)
  • Team Player in an Agile team within a Release Train/Value Stream
  • Technically hands on and excellent in Design, Coding and Testing
  • Collectively responsible for end to end product quality
  • Participates and contributes in Sprint Ceremonies
  • Promote and develop the culture of collaboration, accountability & quality
  • Provides technical support to team. Helps team in resolving technical issues
  • Closely working with Tech Manager, Onshore partners, deployment and infrastructure teams
  • Hands on Java, Hands on Kafka and Cloud (Open shift)
  • Team Management skills
  • Ability to implement and follow agile

      • At least two Middleware platforms
      • Two backend technology
      • At least two databases. NoSQL
      • At least one DevOps tool
      • Cloud Infrastructure - IaaS
      • At least two Monitoring and one Logging tool.
      • At least one Functional and one Load test automation tool
      • At least one Service Virtualization tool
      • At least one Authentication platform
      • Technology stack for PaaS
      • Cloud based Monitoring and Logging
