SAP Digital Manufacturing Cloud is a strategic part of SAP Industry 4.0 solution. It is a powerful, enterprise-level, scalable, manufacturing business solution enables global manufacturers to manage and control manufacturing and shop floor operaions.

THE ROLE

• We are seeking to onboard a User Assistance Development Architect in SAP Digital Manufacturing. The team is working on the innovations around analytics, resource scheduling, process manufacturing, machine data integration, edge computing, including ML/AI, Industrial IOT.
• Applies expert knowledge of manufacturing domain to create customer requirement document, product architecture document, technical documentation and considers potential interdependencies between SAP products when designing UA deliverables and innovation concepts, prepare solution demos
• Collaborates and communicates with internal and external stakeholders such as product owner,s architects, developers, customers, and partners to drive the innovation of UA concepts and deliverables through, for example, customer engagement activities, social media, usability tests, and feedback channels
• Ensure the UA deliverables in different media /documentation align with SAP standards, guidelines, and legal compliance and actively drive continuous improvement.
• Work on roster-based support for managers on duty assignment days.

ROLE REQUIREMENT

• BE/ME or equivalent experience with 10 years overall professional experience
• At least 3 years of experience in SAP MII / SAP ME implementations, PCo Integration. ERP, S/4 HANA integration / SAP ERP implementations.
• Must have experience in participating workshops, writing scope document and technical design document, user assistance document and experience in conducting end user trainings.
• The ability to create content in all formats with Excellent written and spoken English and ability to express complex technical information in a clear and precise manner with Outstanding communication, writing, and grammar skills
