Your responsibilities

  • Responsible for the commissioning work being carried out in perfect technical order.
  • Carrying out supervision of installation / Commissioning and maintenance work independently.
  • Instructing, supervising and controlling the installation personnel reporting to him.
  • Responsible for ensuring compliance with the installation requirements and instructions.
  • Ensuring that the necessary accident prevention measures are observed; specifically, he abides by the guidelines for work on live system components.
  • Supervising the adherence to the safety and industry acceptable practice.
  • Ensuring that the stipulated deadlines are met, i.e. he is responsible for detailed installation planning on-site to enable that bottlenecks are identified well in advance to formulate proposals for achieving targets and implementing appropriate measures.
  • Co-ordinating the work & attending the local construction meetings. Authorized, following consultation with the competent PM or the Hitachi ABB representative and work under the guidance of representative.
  • Responsible for adherence to the quality assurance requirements on the construction site and seeks to improve these continually.
  • Living core values of safety and integrity, which means taking responsibility for your own actions while caring for your colleagues and the business.

Your background

  • A Diploma in Electrical/Mechanical Engineering.
  • Around 1-2 years of hands on experience in AIS Installation & Commissioning is preferred.
