Your profile

  • A total of 5-7 years of experience with minimum of 4 yrs. of experience in SharePoint online
  • Proficient in being able to extend and customize SharePoint Online
  • Extensive Hands-on experience on Microsoft Office 365, SharePoint Online, PowerApps, Power Automate, MS Flow and SharePoint Framework
  • Sound knowledge of SharePoint Frameworks
  • Experience with running and maintaining PnP and PowerShell script
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills within a global environment
  • Flexible and adaptable; able to work in ambiguous situations; Good organizational skills.
  • Clear, logical, and effective verbal/written communication skills
  • High responsiveness and keen perception.
  • Organized, ability to work independent and within a team to achieve given objectives
  • Working with International teams in a similar role a must

Your responsibilities

  • Evaluate symptoms and determine the root cause of complex client issues reported by various stakeholders and end-users
  • Perform user consulting for any new / existing requirements coming from business
  • Understanding business requirements and develop product functional and technical requirements
  • Optimizing/Fine tuning the performance of SharePoint applications
  • Design, implement and support large scale SharePoint Online
  • Manage hybrid environment of SharePoint servers (Nice to have)
  • Development and implementation of new applications
  • Increase engagement with Office 365
  • Enforce a high-quality customer service culture
  • Stay up to date with technological changes in the industry with internal and external training
