Job title: Shift In charge - Mechanical Ferro Alloy

Experience: 5 to 10 Years

Salary: 30000/- to 35000/- PM

Qualification: BE mechanical

Job Duties:

Monitor Furnace performance, furnace top condition, shell lining and any abnormalities.
Monitor day bin bunker analysis and adjust material balance accordingly. Monitor weighing batching process for proper synchronization.
Maintain optimum Raw-material charge mix as per product specification by observing chemical report & Maintain optimized slag chemistry for smooth Smelting operation.
Implementing corrective actions observing process defects and parameters.
Cast house management manage liquid metal casting and mould preparation and repairing.
Understanding the shift operation during a particular shift, starting from raw material feed to the furnace until the finished product is transferred to a defined location
Managing shift operation
Performing quality checks
Performing the processes of reporting and documentation
Understanding the quality assurance and quality control measures
Ensuring problem identification and escalating it to the senior authorities
Scheduling and planning plant startup after shut down/break down.
