Job description

This role includes developing strategies and plans for social media accounts of customers, handling key accounts and managing their monthly requirements.

Responsibilities

  • Developing social media calendar, social media strategies, content calendar.
  • Coordinating with the customers and getting the inputs, customer experience development.
  • Coordinating with internal team members, effective work delegation and time management.
  • Project Deliverable plan, MIS creation EoM for client accounts and handling till execution Unique ideas and strategies for the customers.

Qualifications

  • Prior experience working as Account Manager/ Client Servicing Manager.
  • Mass communication or Marketing as specialization.

Job Types: Permanent, Full-time

Salary: ₹40,000.00 per month
