Social Media Manager (Female)

Sian International Lalghati is looking for Social Media Manager, candidate who posses the following qualities can apply:

1. Candidate should have minimum 1 year of Social Media Marketing, Digital Marketing and SEO (search engine optimization) experience.

2. Candidate should have sound knowledge of English ( speaking and writing).

3. Candidate should have knowledge of software’s like Canva, poster my wall etc.

4. Candidate should have their own YouTube Channel (min 100 followers) and knowledge of Instagram and Facebook

5. Candidate should have knowledge of Google my business ( posting and implementation).

6. Candidate should be a problem solver.

7. Candidate should know how to use google forms and sheets.

8. Candidate should have skills to watch YouTube videos and learn new things.

9. Candidate should be able Build content calendars and scheduling/publishing content

10. Candidate should know how to do Community management (replying to comments and messages, flagging issues to other teams)

11.Acting as a channel owner for all social media accounts (including knowing each channel’s best practices, deciding which content goes out where and when, and adapting content across channels)

12. Develop creative and engaging social media strategies

13. Manage the day-to-day handling of all social media channels such as LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter, Pin interest, Instagram, Reels and YouTube, adapting content to suit different channel.

14. Post on all social media channels increase You tube and other channel followers collab with influencers and celebs.

15. Candidate should know how to use DSLR camera.
