• Social Media Strategy: Develop, implement, and manage the overall social media strategy for the company, aligning it with the broader marketing and communication goals.
• Content Creation: Create compelling and high-quality content for various social media platforms, including written posts, images, graphics, videos, and other multimedia content.
• Posting and Scheduling: Plan and schedule social media posts to ensure consistent and timely content delivery across all platforms.
• Community Management: Monitor and engage with the audience on social media platforms, responding to comments, messages, and mentions in a timely and professional manner.
• Analytics and Reporting: Analyze social media metrics and performance data to measure the effectiveness of campaigns and strategies, and provide regular reports to management with actionable insights.
• Trend Monitoring: Stay updated with the latest trends and developments in social media and adapt strategies accordingly to maintain a competitive edge.
• Social Media Advertising: Plan and execute paid social media advertising campaigns to reach targeted audiences and achieve specific marketing objectives.
• Collaboration: Collaborate with other teams, such as marketing, PR, and customer support, to ensure social media efforts are integrated with broader organizational initiatives.
• Influencer Marketing: Identify and work with influencers and brand advocates to amplify the brand message and reach a wider audience.
