Responsibilities:

  • Content Creation:
    • Create and curate engaging content for various social media platforms, including text, image, and video content.
    • Collaborate with the design team to ensure visually appealing and on-brand content.
  • Audience Engagement:
    • Foster a sense of community and engagement with the audience through active participation in social media conversations.
    • Respond to comments, messages, and mentions in a timely and professional manner.
  • Social Media Campaigns:
    • Plan and execute social media campaigns, contests, and promotions to increase brand visibility and reach.
    • Monitor and analyse the performance of campaigns, making data-driven adjustments as needed.
  • Analytics and Reporting:
    • Track, analyse, and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) for social media channels.
    • Provide regular reports on social media performance and recommend improvements.
  • Stay Updated on Trends:
    • Stay informed about industry trends, social media best practices, and emerging platforms.
    • Integrate new features and technologies into the social media strategy.
  • Collaboration:
    • Work closely with the marketing team to align social media efforts with overall marketing goals.
    • Collaborate with other departments to ensure a consistent brand voice across all channels.

    Qualifications:

    • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Communications, or a related field.
    • Proven experience as a Social Media Manager or similar role.
    • In-depth knowledge of social media platforms, trends, and best practices.
    • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
    • Creative thinking and the ability to generate innovative ideas.
    • Analytical skills to interpret data and draw insights for strategy improvement.
