Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role as a Solar Marketing Manager located in Erode. As a Solar Marketing Manager at Easyway Solar, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategic marketing plans to drive brand awareness, lead generation, building relationships with potential customers, closing deals, increasing revenue and customer acquisition.You will be connecting with customers to identify their needs, answering their questions, and providing excellent customer service. You will also be tracking your leads and progress in our CRM and generating reports on your sales performance. By leveraging your marketing expertise and industry knowledge, you will play a key role in promoting Easyway Solar as a leading solar installation services provider in Erode, TamilNadu.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business or a related field
• Proven experience in marketing roles, preferably in the renewable energy industry
• Strong knowledge of marketing principles, strategies, and tactics
• Previous sales experience with a proven track record of achieving sales goals, preferably with a minimum of 5 years’ experience.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and as part of a team
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong organizational and project management skills
• Passionate about sustainability and clean energy
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
