Our Exciting Opportunity

This role is responsible for providing engineering Service functions to support the Service to the customer by analyzing, crafting and developing commercially viable end-to-end solutions based on the customer specifications and business needs. The role will have responsibility to meet with the customer and the Ericsson Service Delivery Unit (SDU) to secure performance and lifecycle of the Service.

You will

• Deep understanding and knowledge and underpinning applications, infrastructure and data analytics, including competence in Machine Learning, Artificial Intelligence and Automation of Data Analytics.
• The technical management of the Service throughout its lifecycle, includes roadmap, change and release management, demand and capacity management, deployment and termination, along with the required testing and evaluation to provide support the customer experience.

To be successful in the role you must have

• Planning & Design Delivery Management.
• Customer Experience Use Case Design & Modelling.
• Analytics, Automation Design & Modelling.
• Customer solution design.

Key Qualification:

• Experience: 13-15 years.
• Education: B.E. /B. Tech. / B. Sc. (Hons.) / M.Sc. / M. Tech. / BCA / MCA.
