As a Chef De Partie (CDP) you are responsible supporting the Head and Sous Chef in a busy hotel kitchen delivering consistently high-quality food, handle purchase orders and ensure that items arriving without authorization are not received.

Ensures the highest standards and consistent quality in the daily preparation and keeps up to date with the new products, recipes and preparation techniques.

Responsible for menu planning, inventory control, scheduling, ordering of kitchen supplies. Performs all assigned duties efficiently, technically correct, follows Company policies, rules and regulations, requests of Superiors, adheres to procedures and achieve a high standard leading to total guest and Company satisfaction. Updates oneself and follow security/fire/safety procedures according to Companys rules and regulations.Ensures that all employees have a complete understanding of and adhere to the hotel policies relating to Fire, Hygiene, Health and Safety. Attends departmental meeting and training when requested. Performs other duties that may be assigned by immediate superiors from time to time
