What you’ll achieve

As a Business Operations, Senior Representative, you will collaborate with our customers to define business requirements while providing solutions and tools that strengthen business processes. You will define objectives based on end-user needs and identify the organization’s strengths, finding ways to use that knowledge to maximize opportunities and improve business processes.

You will :

• Manage workflow and optimize day-to-day activities.Handling KFS (Key Financial systems) and other financial system.

• Standardize User Access Management process and recommend automations, implementing the same using various tools.

• Handle volume management, segregation of work as per the process requirements meeting the agreed SLA.

• Identify the issues and recommend changes to the respective team on possible solution.

• Support PWC / UAR (User Access Review) for all the application owned by GIS with walk through and evidence requirement required for Audit.

Essential Requirements

• Typically requires 3+ years of related experience

• Ability to drive accurate and timely decisions

• Solid organizational skills

• Strong sense of urgency

• Ability to prioritize projects and/or deliverables

Desirable Requirements

• SOX and Business controls knowledge

• Oracle, SDS and DDW based application/tool knowledge

• Oracle & Lightning based systems
