What will you be responsible for?

Create, manage and optimize product listing on Amazon, Flipkart, Snapdeal, Jiomart and website.
Order processing, Inventory planning, and management across all e-commerce platforms.
Ensure that the catalog contains accurate, comprehensive and high-quality product information
Conducting market research for onboarding on e-com marketplaces.
Identify product, or marketplace issues, and resolve them accordingly.
Identify opportunities and trends in the market and highlight them internally
Coordinating with Customers for Orders, Clarifications, and Complaints.
Staying up to date with all marketplace policies and ensuring that all listings are compliant with these policies. Who are we looking for?
Bachelor’s degree in a related field such as business, marketing, or e-commerce.
The candidate should have a proven track record in E-Commerce sales.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
English proficiency is a must
Ability to listen and active problem-solving skills
Ability to handle pressure
Knowledge of MS Word, MS Excel, and MS PowerPoint Immediate joiners will be preferred.
