Title:
Sr. Engineer – Screeners Fleet Management

Introduction:
The Sr. Engineer – is responsible for managing data on the MO websites related to Screening Business

line for the Standard Screener range agreed between Product Management and sales.

Requires a good Product Knowledge of the Screening machineries and their options in setting up the

“configurator”.

Maintain the data on the MO website for the screening range and work closely with the Product, Sales and Engineering team to set up the priorities in ensuring the correctness of data on the website (A very “data base” driven mindset).

Provide visibility to the Cross Functional Team on the correctness of the current data set, organize and

track improvements.

The role involves adaptability and flexibility to work with global cross functional team.

Sound working knowledge on the SAP required.

Reports to:
Manager – Engineering Center, Screening BL

Main Responsibilities:
Support the business through:

• Prepare / Update the configurator files for the Screening Range by co-ordination with Product and Sales team
• Co-ordinate with the relevant Cross functional teams for setting up the configurator for the screening range
• Consistent review of the Sales Data (includes GA drawing, Spec sheets etc) in the screening BL and list the discrepancies
• Good data management by providing visibility on the status consistently and at short notice.
• Setup the CPI (continuous product improvement) process for the Screening BL
• Co-ordinate in summarizing the product maintenance activities.
• Manage and drive the CPI process by Co-ordinating with relevant team members and ensure the status on the products are up to date

To succeed:
Essential

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical engineering.
• 5-7 experience working on the configuration management for Crushing / Screening Industry /

construction equipment or similar heavy industry.

• Enthusiastic to learn in depth the product and the variants.
• Self-driven and pro-active in planning and driving goals to ensure the success of the program.
• Systematic working with the ability to present the status on demand at short notice.
• Sound working experience with SAP-PMM HANA
• Should be a quick learner, smart thinker, and exhibit knowledge and skills for process improvement
• Language skills: Fluent verbal/written English required
• Accountability, Quality and OTD is a must
• Adaptable and flexible to support Cross Functional Teams globally involving different time zones

Desired

• Language skills: French and Portuguese are advantageous
• Engineering in the field of Vibrating equipment – highly desirable and advantageous
• Experience with the use of CAD for viewing and Editing details (Inventor, Vault, Team Center)
