We are hiring for our client which is 21 years old company in manufacturing of Chemicals. Group Turnover about 100cr.

Position: Sr. Executive- Supply Chain Management

Reporting To:Sr. Manager & Director

Dept:Supply Chain Management

Location:Vasai (E) Candidates from western suburbs preferred

Experience:2-5 years in Manufacturing Industries. If candidate having experience in Purchase (Local/Import),sales (Local/Export) of any industry will be added advantage.

Qualification: B.Com/ M.Com or any other graduate with good academics with Diploma in Import / Export

Responsibilities:

  • Handling import documentation, clearance with help of CHA, & compliance planning and execution cost control plans
  • Inventory planning, management, reconciliations, MIL, MOQ.
  • Vendor management, purchase & inventory cost management system plan, review and implementation.
  • Documentations for bank facility renewals, documents for other banking facilities
  • Sales within India, tender business sales documentation, liaising with transporters and vendors.
  • Planning and execution of cost effective system in SCM
  • Training to colleagues and awareness about changes in SCM and business fields.
  • MIS

Computer knowledge: MS office- especially MS Excel, MS outlook, MS Word.

Skills:

  • Pleasant personality, energetic, team person
  • Ability to deliver the given task in time bound manner
  • Proficiency in computer/softwares.
  • Efficient in team handling.
  • Good writing/verbal communication skills, Good in reporting with charts.
  • Willing to travel & willing to work in any given role will be an added advantage.

Salary: As per industry standards + Yearly bonus + Performance bonus & all other benefits as per company’s standard rules and regulations.

Office Timings:09.30 am – 6.00 pm.
