Preferably looking for a Real Estate (Builders & Developers) Exposure Accounts manager with 12- 15 years experience.

Management of accounting transactions Excellent domain understanding of Finance Accounts in a real estate industry Knowledge of GST, TDS liability and preparation of monthly reports Desired Candidate Profile with relevant experience with at least 12 to 15 years of working experience in real estate Industry

Proficiency in computer literacy MS Office, Tally and tax related software Must own good interpersonal qualities.

Education - UG: B.Com - Commerce

Job Role & Responsibilities - Good knowledge of accounting of projects , Accounts Management TDS , Income Tax etc MIS Reporting - Good knowledge of MS - Excel Provide assistance in the Budget Preparation, Good understanding and knowledge of Statutory compliance Bank & Account Reconciliations,

Weekly & Monthly MIS Development Hands on with Tally ERP, Good command in MS Excel, MS word, Power point presentation
