Job Title: Sr Principal Software Engineer – IT (I9)

What you’ll achieve

As a Sr Principal Software Engineer, you will be responsible for delivering the complex projects and manage the project team with solid development background and automation testing engineering with a potential to grow in product/program management. Candidate should be highly motivated, goal-oriented individual and responsible for delivering programs in a dynamic, fast paced, scalable agile ecommerce environment. We are looking for the most senior candidates who have a strong background skill to deliver the enterprise applications, with proven abilities to manage the project deliverables following the agile methodology with creative skillset. You will work with DCE Seller teams on OSC.

You will:

• The ability to find innovative ways to resolve technical conflicts and drive consensus
• Engage with all levels of stakeholders and gain alignment on solutions
• Strong in Agile Scrum, Software Development Principles, Generate Functional and Automation Test reports
• UI automation and Webservices automation in each sprint
• Help to develop, to test, to deploy the cloud-native .NET applications on PCF/PKS and Monitoring e.g., New Relic, Splunk

Essential Requirements

• 12-18 years of related IT experience in delivering the complex projects using agile methodology with innovative skills using latest soft tools in the market.
• Strong leadership, team management skills and utilizing resources across projects
• Good in UI & Webservices Automation and Good knowledge in handling of project management methodology and techniques
• Managing risks and issues and taking corrective measurements
• Hands on Automation experience, Git Repository, TFS, Visual Studio, C#, Selenium
• Ensuring performance, scalability and optimization of complex web applications

Desirable Requirements

• Engineering Degree in Computer Science/Engineering, or equivalent professional degree.
• Building Automation frameworks, Maintain Test Suit Management in MTM, Test Data Flow documentation and Database testing
