Key Responsibilities

* Lead development of Careerviras learning platforms on the web and mobile from idea to execution

* Passion for managing a project from end to end - working with product managers to determine requirements, writing the design doc, building the code and writing unit tests.

* Advocate and implement the latest web/digital marketing solutions and strategies

* Act as a subject matter expert on microservices best practices with Docker, Kubernetes, and AWS

* Develop functional databases, applications, and servers to support websites on the back end

* Develop visually appealing front end website architecture, including translating designer mock-ups and wireframes into front-end code

* Setup monitoring and testing of your APIs and services to better understand real time health of products

* Ensure consideration of requirements such as security, performance, maintainability, scalability, usability, and reliability when architecting solutions.

* Implement features using cutting edge front-end technologies to acquire learners, increase conversion and engagement with rapid data-driven iteration

* Measure, analyze results, and generate hypotheses to drive new product changes

* Help establish roadmap and architecture based on technology and our needs

* Participate in code reviews to ensure code quality and distribute knowledge


Educational Qualification & amp; Experience

* BE/ BTech or ME/ MTech in Computer Science or Information Systems

* 8-10 years experience in full stack development

* Minimum 5 year of experience in backend development


Knowledge and Skills Required

* Proficient in back end languages like Python, Golang, Java, Node.js

* Experience with async workflows, messaging queues such as RabbitMQ, Kafka etc and understanding of server architecture.

* Hands on experience of using front end technologies like HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and frameworks like jQuery,angular,ajax

* Hands-on experience of using web frameworks like React, Redux and experience with TypeScript (plus)

* Adept in javascript technologies like Angular7+, Jquery, Node.js

* Proficiency in databases, including analytical (e.g., mySQL,MongoDB,PostgreSQL, DynamoDB, Redis, Hive, Elastic etc.)

* Experience in building microservices with Docker, Kubernetes, and AWS

Excellent knowledge of browser troubleshooting and debugging practices and techniques

* Hands on experience in developing highly scalable, fault-tolerant, distributed backend services

* Ability to write thorough, scalable, and clear design documentation.

* Ability to work independently to bring features from conception to production and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment.

* Strong communication and interpersonal skill
